Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Analog Hosting's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services

Analog Hosting provides managed WordPress hosting services, including but not limited to server hosting, automated backups, security monitoring, performance optimization, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains accurate
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Engage in activities that could harm our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Payment Terms

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in our SLA documentation. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

Data and Backups

While we perform regular automated backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from system failures, security breaches, or account termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analog Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
